Do NOT bother ordering from this place!! Garbage! Cheap looking and dead within a couple days. Nothing like like the pictures you see online. Please use port orchard or Tacoma florist. Took this photo as soon as brought them inside. Roses are already drooping!

It's not often I write a review however I felt this was necessary to save others from ordering from this company. I placed an order for a flower delivery today. I wanted something very special, so upgraded the flowers to "premium" and also left a nice tip, an over $200.00 order. I received the confirmation showing the bouquet with multiple old flowers you could see they were wilted and brown. I called and asked them to please replace the dead ones with new. I received another picture a few minutes later with the same brown flowers. I called back and decided best to cancel the order, which they did without an issue. Just hoping to save someone from the unfortunate experience. I would have been horrified if I had sent dead flowers!

They did a masterful job putting together a special bouquet for us. Thank you so much for taking any stress out and doing a wonderful job.

I had a great experience ordering over the phone for a next-day delivery. The occasion was both for appreciation of ongoing hard work and sympathy for the loss of a dear family member. The associate on the phone was a great help in selection of the flowers and the wording on the card. I received a text with a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery, and it was beautiful.

Great service, and beautiful floral design. I am picky with flowers and highly recommend Williams Flower & Gift! The exchange I had with Kimberly, the floral designer, at the floral shop was warm and friendly. The floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and delivered the same day that I needed it. Thank you so much!
